The e-Twinning Café - Small Talk with Colleagues at Local Authorities is organized within the scope of the “Town Twinning between Turkey and EU (TWIN) Project” which is co-financed by the European Union (EU) and Republic of Turkey under the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II).
The “e-Twinning Café - Small Talk with Colleagues at Local Authorities” event aims to support build on city–to– city cooperation by facilitating local level connection.
The e-Twinning Café event brings together local authorities in Turkey and EU Member States and provides “colleague-to-colleague” connections to representatives of local authorities and an opportunity to exchange and discuss their priorities.
